Thanks for visiting!

What an awesome experience! Caroline and Deb have really put out some incredible products and I want every single one of them. The crushed velvet ribbons, the velvet blossom trims, the velvet ric rac, the velvet blossoms, the tapestry and clocks chipboard, the calendar flip book, all the binders, all the keepsake boxes all I can think of is OH ALAN…. I NEED TO ADD ON TO MY SCRAPROOM!

And so that I’m not alone here is the link to the catalog. You too will be thinking about adding on to your scraproom.

Judi created this really cute sign for the design team wall. Jess had each designer create a canvas for the booth using any Maya Road products we wanted. It was fun seeing how each canvas was so different.

I cannot wait for CHA Summer. I am really going to try to attend. I could easily become a trade show junkie. I find the entire experience to be so much fun! I do know Caroline and Deb have some great ideas to debut at the summer show. I try not to wish my life away but I really wish summer would get here as I cannot wait to see and play with the new products.

Dream Street Papers is cute. Their booth was pretty busy. I hope they had a great show as their paper lines are adorable.

A2Z has some really nice paper lines coming out and their hybrid layouts were incredible. They certainly have me interested in giving that a try.

Tomorrow I will post all the wonderful new products as well as the many projects that were on display in the Maya Road booth. That booth was jumping like mad. People were taking photos and placing orders right and left. It was a mad house at times. Loads of fun was had in that booth.

and the best packaging award goes to…

If you like bright and happy paper you are so going to want some of the new Tinkering Ink. Talk about ADORABLE and their finery is so cool! Each day those working the booth wore a shirt that was a copy of one of their papers and their logo. They certainly get the award for “creativity” They were all so cute! I also got to meet Tessa in person and talk about sweet!

Another new paper line coming out is Luxe designs. OMGosh are their papers just gorgeous. I’m in love with their black and white papers as well as their rub ons. Just beautiful and very elegant. I was so happy to be able to create on of my make-n-takes for Maya Road using some of their new papers. Jen certainly wins the award for best kept secret. I don’t know how she did it.

and what a fun trip. I got to meet so many people at CHA and will post photos sometime tomorrow. But first I want to post my layouts using the Feb. kit by Cocoa Daisy. Talk about a really fun kit. Ashley Wren is the guest designer. After you purchase the kit (saying this because I know you are going to want it) you really need to check out her gallery as well as the design teams. There are some fabulous layouts posted. Here are the three I did. This kit really brought out the funky in me. I hope you like them. They are a bit different from what I usually create.

These pages have been removed for publication. They will be in Scrapbooking and Beyond.
